Welcome to Callaway
The mission of Callaway High School is to provide a safe, caring, and rigorous learning environment so that our students will become productive citizens of the 21st century. Here at CHS, we are fortunate to offer students a variety of academic classes, electives, athletic teams, clubs, and organizations to help us be successful in our mission. Our faculty and staff know that teaching bell-to-bell, having high expectations for all students, and developing an understanding that we all work together will only ensure that our students are receiving the best education every minute of every day. It’s also important that we as a school work with parents and guardians at home to make sure students know what our expectations are, and that we want every student to succeed.
As a function of our school and system mission, district and school administrators will be spending two full days every week in classrooms in order to help improve the teaching and learning that happens on a daily basis. Therefore, we may not always be available to speak with you when you drop in or telephone us. However, we really do value communicating with you. When you do wish to speak with me or an assistant principal, please contact our secretaries. They will schedule a time for you to speak to the appropriate person.
Again, thank you for your ongoing support of CHS and your interest in our school and website. Please visit this site regularly for current information about school events, news, and activities.
Our new CHS website is coming soon!
