PSAT CRITERIA
For the 2011-2012 school year, Troup County School System will fund the PSAT for the following students:
8th grade – all gifted students and any students in an advanced content math course
9th grade – students taking Accelerated Math I only
11th grade – students whose previous PSAT is > 90% and is taking rigorous coursework – Accelerated Math III and AP English
The state of
Callaway High School has Fall Media Day at Callaway Stadium.
Cavaliers compete in a seven-on-seven passing camp in Carrollton, the Callaway Cavaliers made a solid impression, finishing second out of 20 teams at the camp, giving them a good ending to their summer practice schedule.
Callaway High School band gears up for football season. Under the direction of Adam Wamsley, this year's halftime show is James Bond themed with selections including "For Your Eyes Only" and "Live and Let Die."
Callaway High School's Jessica Siggers, Senior third baseman, competes in the Georgia Dugout Club Elite 80 showcase.
9-12 Supply List: All students are expected to report to class with assigned textbooks/materials and basic supplies including paper, pencils, and pens. A $10 annual supply/activity fee is requested of all students at registration. This fee funds the provision of one student agenda/planner that students are expected to have at all times while on campus. Replacement agenda/planners may be purchased at the campus for $10. Some courses will require additional supplies as specified on course syllabi.
