Callaway students are assigned to counselors alphabetically. Students whose last names begin with letters A through G are assigned to Debra Jackson. Students whose last names begin with letters H through Z are assigned to Doug McCoy.
Individual guidance sessions are scheduled throughout the year according to grade level. Senior and junior advisement meetings are scheduled during first semester, while sophomore and freshman meetings are scheduled during second semester. During these advisement sessions, counselors will discuss:
Parents will be contacted via e-mail, phone, or letter to schedule these meetings. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend these advisement sessions; however, if you are unable to do so, the information will be sent home by your child. Students and/or parents may also schedule other meetings, if needed, by contacting individual counselors or Mrs. Partridge, Guidance Secretary either by e-mail or phone.
