For security reasons, phone checkouts will not be allowed. Parents/guardians must submit written notification via email or FAX allowing their child to check out early from school. Parents/guardians checking out their child in person will be required to present photo identification upon check-out time.
Our contract with Sodexco prohibits students or parents from bringing in food from outside restaurants during breakfast or lunch. Thank you for your assistance with this policy. Remember that all deliveries to students must come through the front office. Visitors must sign in and out at the front desk.

Please be advised of the updated TCSS student checkout protocol and procedure for outside agencies seeking access to students. These policies and procedures are effective for the 2012-2013 school year.

For those who registered provisionally, the clerical staff at CHS will be glad to assist you in this process. Please stop by at your earliest convenience.
Required documents for all Troup County Schools students include:
1. An affidavit of Residence (document must be signed in the presence of a notary); For your convenience, a notary will be available at CHS registration.
2. One item from the following list for address verification: a. property tax records which indicates the location of the residence b. property deed, mortgage documents or security deed which indicates the location of the residence c. apartment or home lease or rent receipt indicating the current address d. current utility bill for electricity or utility application for electricity showing the current address e. current telephone bill.
3. Current Georgia driver's license (if not current Georgia driver's license, a current Georgia voter precinct identification card or other voter documentation indicating the current address).

PSAT CRITERIA
For the 2011-2012 school year, Troup County School System will fund the PSAT for the following students:
8th grade – all gifted students and any students in an advanced content math course
9th grade – students taking Accelerated Math I only
11th grade – students whose previous PSAT is > 90% and is taking rigorous coursework – Accelerated Math III and AP English
