Another season has come to an end... We are looking forward to celebrating our athletes and all of their accomplishments this season at our end of the year soccer banquet. The banquet is scheduled for Monday, May 20th atarting at 5:00. More details to come but please mark your calendars and don't miss out on the celebration!
Congradulations Josh!
Junior Josh Weddle has been
selected to the 3rd Annual Southwest Georgia
Allstar game. He was
1 of 4 keepers selected from schools like
Carrollton High School, MacIntosh High School, Columbus High School,
Stars Mill high School and several other dominate
soccer programs from
around the state. This is a testament to
how hard Josh Weddle works. Josh will be
playing in the Allstar game sponsored by
Columbus Sports Council on Tuesday, May 21st
starting at 7:00. The game will be
played at

CHS soccer teams are going to state!
The Boys’ team will be traveling to Greater Atlanta Christian for their First-Round of State Playoffs on Thursday, May 3rd. Start time is at 5:00.
The Girls’ team will be hosting
the First-Round of State
Playoffs on Thursday, May 3rd
at Callaway Stadium. Start time is at 5:30. All fans please

Come and order your CHICKEN plate!
The Callaway soccer team will be selling chicken plates in the Lagrange College parking lot Friday before the homecoming game. The plates come with a chicken quarter, pasta salad, baked beans, bread, and a drink. Plates are $10 and tickets can be purchased from Coach Leonard or purchased at the tailgate.
On 5/20/11 Callaway had two players play in the South West Georgia All star game. Caleb Anderson and Kendall Hyatt both got valuable experience and exposure playing in the highly competitive game. Coach Billy Byrd of Brookstone along with Coach Leonard of Callaway coached the blue team the players were on. The pool of players were picked from an area stretching from Carrollton all the way to Thomasville. Caleb Anderson had shut out in the half that he played in. Kendall Hyatt played great possession soccer in the central and outside midfield. Caleb and Kendall were large contributors to the victorious "blue" team. We are very proud of the young men and congratulations to Kendall and Caleb!
